HOW TO: Make Loaded Nacho

Here is a easy, fun, and fantastic recipe to enjoy restaurant quality nachos right ate home.

Full time 20 minutes
Serves 2-4

The needs-
1 lb ground beef
1 jar resturant style salsa (I use black bean and corn)
1 tbsp olive oil

For Finishing-
Shredded Cheese Blend or Cheddar
Sour Cream
Guacamole (optional)

The know-

Heat olive oil over medium high heat.

Add ground beef into pan and brown 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally.


Add in salsa.

Lower heat to medium low and cook 5-8 minutes or until most of the liquid cooks off.

Pile nachos on a serving platter and top with ground beef mixture.

Top with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, Ext.
