2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate chips
12 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Preheat oven to 450' with a 4" cast iron skillet inside.
Once heated carefully place skillet on heat proof surface and spray bottom and sides with cooking spray.
Pour in chocolate chips trying to create an even layer.
Top with peanut butter cup pieces.
Top with marshmallows, try to carefully and gently press into an even top surface-remember pan is hot.
Bake in oven 8 minutes or until marshmallows turn a light golden and have puffed up. Be careful this can go from perfect to burnt fast, so keep an eye on it.
Let cool in pan 5 minutes before serving. A enter reminder, this is very gooey and tasty, but also hot so enjoy with care.
Serve with graham crackers for dipping. Cheers!
