Quick and easy, this is perfect for a weekday morning or even a great dessert. This classic coffee cake twisted with chocolate topped with a crumble and powdered sugar.

1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking coco powder
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered sugar
In your mug partially melt butter in microwave for 15 seconds.
Add in sugar and cream until fluffy.
Add in egg.
Add in yogurt.
Add in vanilla.
Add in baking powder.
Add in flour, coco powder, and make sure you mix well.
Top 1 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl combine crumble ingredients and mix with fingers.
Crumble over the top of batter.
Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Cook in microwave for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Ensure the center is fully cooked.
Let cool for 1 minute and dust with powdered sugar. Cheers!
