TABLE FOR TWO: Pepperoni Pizza Bread

This recipe came about one night when I really wanted the taste of pizza, but was feeling a bit creative. I decided to combine a stuffed bread with a pizza and see what happened. The outcome was a party for the taste buds. 

Full time 30 minutes
Serves 2

The needs-

1 can pizza dough (or homemade rolled out thin and square)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
21 slices pepperoni

The know-

Preheat oven to 425 and lightly spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray.

Pour 1/2 cup of sauce over center of dough.

Cover with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.

Layer with pepperoni.

Sprinkle over Parmesan cheese.

Cover with remaining sauce and shredded cheese.

Fold the ends up and over the filling.

Slice sides 1/2" thick roughly 1" long.

Pull the slices up and across the filling in an alternating method.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until nice and golden.

Move to serving platter and let rest a few minutes before serving.
