MUG IT: Breakfast Coffee Cake

Quick and easy, this is perfect for a weekday morning or even a great dessert. The classic coffee cake topped with a crumble and powdered sugar.

Serves 1
Full time 5 minutes

The needs-

1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp baking powder

For crumble:
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon

For serving: 
1 tsp powdered sugar

The know-

In your mug partially melt butter in microwave for 15 seconds.

Add in sugar and cream until fluffy.

Add in egg.

Add in yogurt.

Add in vanilla.

Add in baking powder.
 Add in flour and make sure you mix well.

In a separate bowl combine crumble ingredients and mix with fingers.

Crumble over the top of batter.

Cook in microwave for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Ensure the center is fully cooked.

 Let cool for 1 minute and dust with powdered sugar. Cheers!
