Buffalo Turkey Slidders

Simple and delicious, this slow cooker slider gives you all the bold flavors of a buffalo wing on a bun! You can easily substitute chicken breasts for this recipe, but I find the turkey adds a little something extra to it!

Full time 6 hours
Serves 8-10 sliders

The needs-

1 1/2-2 lb turkey breast, boneless
1 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
3 tbsp partially melted butter
2 tsp distilled white vinegar
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

The know-

In a slow cooker combine hotsauce, vinegar, butter, salt, and pepper. Using a fork to mix together.

Add turkey breast into slow cooker and roll around to coat lightly.

Set slow cooker to high for two hours and then carefully remove lid.

Carefully cut turkey breast down the center and then cut each half into three to four pieces. You can also easily remove skin at this time if your breast has any.

Close lid and adjust temperature to low, cooking for four hours or until it easily shredds with a fork.

Carefully shred turkey with a fork and mix in with any remaining sauce.

Pile on slider rolls and serve with blue cheese dressing if desired.

Cheers!
