Sweet Chili Chicken Wings
Bold spices and a subtle sweetness come together to make these wings a must have for any gathering.
Full time 1 -1 1/2 hour
5 lbs. chicken wings, cleaned
1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 375'.
In a bowl combine chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Divide wings evenly between two 9" X 11" baking dishes.
Drizzle sauce over wings trying to evenly coat wings, they will not be 100% coated, this is fine.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over wings evenly.
Bake in oven for 45-70 minutes (depending on wing size) or until chicken is fully cooked.
Lower oven to 325 is glaze appears to be burning.
Serve along size soy sauce for dipping or on their own.
*side note: if you desire to make these ahead of time, you can prepare them as listed above and hold off cooking them for up to 1 day. Just tightly wrap with plastic wrap. For a space solution for storing in refrigerator, stack pans onto of each other with a cooling rack between to prevent collapsing.
