Here is a recipe I use often when I am short on time or have a few things going at once. This simple dish can be oven ready in five minutes and on the table in an hour!
Full time 1 hour
1 lb skinless chicken thighs
1/2 sleeve crackers (Keebler Club work great for this)
3 tbsp butter, diced into 12 pieces
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350'
Arrange chicken in a baking dish.
Season evenly with all spices.
Tuck butter pieces around chicken edges.
Crumble crackers and cover top of chicken.
Bake in oven 45-55 minutes or until chicken reaches 180' on thermometer.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
