Tilapia is a great mild fish, perfect for oven roasting or baking! I love baking this subtle fish with a hint of lemon and dill.
Full time 30 minutes
4 medium or 2 large tilapia filets
2 lemons, sliced into 1/4" rounds
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 lemon, sliced into 1/4" rounds
1/2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350'.
Line the baking sheet with the lemon rounds, forming lines/beds for the filets.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp dill across the lemons.
Place filets ontop of the lemons.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice across filets.
Season filets with salt, garlic, pepper, and remaining dill.
Bake in oven 20-25 minutes or until fish easily flakes when touched with a fork.
Carefully remove from oven and remove fish only from baking sheet to serving platter.
Garnish with fresh dill and a lemon round, cheers!
