BBQ Baked Potato Wedges
Looking for a great side dish for dinner? How about a fun way to jazz up the everyday potato? I have the perfect side side for you, BBQ baked potato wedges. They are quick and easy to make, not to mention loaded with flavor and fun!
Full time 1 hour
3 large white potatoes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat your oven to 375', line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Slice each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
Place wedges in a large bowl and add in oil, toss to fully coat potatoes.
Line wedges on baking sheet.
Combine sugar and spices in a small bowl.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture lovingly over wedges.
Bake wedges in oven for 40-45 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
Move wedges to serving platter and serve with a side of BBQ sauce if desired.
