Full time 20-30 minutes (depends on how many you can cook at a time)
Makes 18 small or 12 large pancakes
1 box cake mix (I am using devils food)
2 1/2 cups milk, room temperature
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your griddle or pan at medium high heat.
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Whisk in cake mix and flour, whisking well to create a lump free smith batter.
On hot griddle melt a tiny bit of butter or spray with cooking spray.
Lower to medium once butter is melted.
Pour roughly 1/4 cup of batter onto hot surface and let cook 3-4 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Carefully flip over and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Remove to serving platter and continue with remaining batter, cheers!
