1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

For sauce:
1 cup balsamic
1/3 cup orange infused craisins
3 tbsp honey

Let us begin:

Preheat oven to 350'.

In a heavy bottom sauce pan, combine balsamic and honey.

Cook over medium high heat until it begins to bubble.

Stir in cranberries, lower heat to medium-low, and continue to cook until it reduces by half, stirring occasionally.

When this has reduced, remove from heat and add in the butter. Stirring until it melts. Keep sauce warm until ready to serve.

While this cooks, heat 1/2 olive oil in a cast-iron or oven proof saute pan over medium high heat.

Use a paper towel to dab off excess water from London broil.

Moisten both sides of the London broil with remaining olive oil.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Add London broil into the preheated pan and sear for 5-6 minutes.

Flip London broil over and sear additional 5-6 minutes.

Remove pan from stove top and place into the preheated oven. Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches 140' on a meat thermometer.

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice London broil, crosswise into slices and fan out on serving plate.

Top with two or three spoonfuls of sauce.

Serve and cheers!
