Honey Glazed Baked Curry Pork Chops

Curry is one of my favorite spices. The full bodied spice blend creates the best balance between subtle and savory heat. One of the best ways I find to really let curry sign is pairing it with a sweet honey glaze.

Full time 1 1/2 hours
Serves 3-4

You will need:

6 bone-in 1/2" thick pork chops
1 cup honey
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Let us begin:

Preheat oven to 375'.

In a mixing bowl whisk together butter and honey.

Whisk in mustard.

Whisk in the spices.

Pour half of the mixture into a baking dish.

Add in the pork chops.

Pour over remaining mixture.

Bake in oven for 1 or until meat reaches 160' on a meat thermometer. Flipping chops over at least once during cooking.

Serve and cheers!
