BAKE IT: Nutella Brownies


Nutella's popularity has increased over the last few years. Growing up I knew what it was from baking and from travel, but it wasn't widely seen. These days it seams to be everywhere and available in a wide variety of items. Here is a great recipe to get you started on the path to Nutellaland! 

Full time 1 hour, includes cool time
Makes 12 brownies 

You will need:

4 eggs
2 cup Nutella
1 1/4 cup flour

Let us begin:

Preheat oven to 350' and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.


In a medium bowl add all ingredients and stir to fully combine. It will take a little elbow work but, it will come together.


Equally divided batter into cupcake liners, roughly 2/3 full.


Not necessary but, I like to smooth the tops of them off before baking.


Bake in preheated oven 20-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes.


Flip out of tray and remove paper liners. Allow to finish cooling on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes.
