Moist and succulent, these pork chops are a sure fire family favorite. Easily prepared in under 10 minutes, set them and forget them while you go to work. Ready for the table in under 10 minutes when you get home!
Full time 6 1/2(high) or 8 1/2 hours(low)
You will need:
6 oversized pork chops
1 large onion, chunked into eight
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
Let us begin:
Set up your slow cooker.
In the bottom place the chicken stock and chunked onions.
Season pork chops with garlic, salt, pepper.
Stack neatly in a slightly staggered pile.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 6 hours on high.
Carefully remove lid to prevent steam burns.
Remove pork chops to serving platter.
Add in flour and allow to dissolve 2-3 minutes.
Add in sour cream and allow to heat up for 5-8 minutes.
Pour the thickened sauce over pork chops.
Serve and enjoy!
