White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies


Bakery fresh, cafe quality, these cookies are a real crowd pleaser.

Makes 2-3 dozen cookies, based on your drop size
Full time: 30 minutes (includes baking in multiple batches)

You will need:

2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract

Let us begin:

Preheat your oven to 350 and spray 2 cookie sheets lightly with cooking spray. 

In a medium bowl cream together butter and sugars.

Add in eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.

Add in all remaining ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.

Scoop and ball roughly 1 1/2 tsp size balls and place onto cookie sheet, roughly 2" apart.

Bake in oven 9-12 minutes or until edges begin to golden.

Remove from oven and let cool on tray 5-10 minutes.

Move to cooling rack to finish cooling, enjoy!
