Mediterranean Grilled Pork Chops

The Robust flavors of the Mediterranean make these pork chops sing. A recipe so simple, but so flavorful you will feel like your on vacation!

Full time: 4 1/2 hours (includes 4 hours marinating time)
Serves 4-6

You will need:

6 boneless pork chops, roughly 4-6 oz each
2 lemons  juiced or
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Let us begin:

In a large zip-top bag combine all ingredients except pork chops.

Squish around to blend completely.

Add in pork chops.

Press out extra air and message meat to fully cover with marinade.

Allow to rest in refrigerator for 4 hours (or while your at work). If possible flip bag over and message half way through.

Once marinaded. Preheat your grill to medium-medium low. Spray with non-stick if needed.

Carefully remove chops from marinade and discard remaining marinade.

Gently place chops onto grill and cook 5-8 minutes.

Turn chops over and cook an additional 5-8 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving.

Serve and enjoy!
