I recently discovered a new fun thing. Freezer pops, not plain old juice turned into ice pops but, fun ingredients turned into tasty treats. They are fun and easy to make, they are great to experiment with and they are a much needed bonus treat on very hot days. Here is the first of what I hope to be many great recipes!
Full time 3 hours 15 minutes (includes 3 hour freeze time)
Makes 4 freezer pops (easily doubles)
You will need:
2 white peaches (non white are okay as well)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Let us begin:
Rough dice peaches and place into good processor or blender.
Add in remaining ingredients.
Purée 30-45 second on high until peaches have become 90% smooth, little chunks are perfect here.
Pour into your freezer pop mold.
Cap with lids.
Place in freezer for 3 hours or until set.
Remove from freezer, serve and enjoy!
