Garlic Lime Pork Chops


Moist, seasonal, and sensational garlic lime porks chops are a great addition to any family dinner. Balance with the right amount of tangy, heat, and sweet these chops are sure to make your mouth water.

Full time 2 1/2 hours (includes 2 hour marinating time)
Serves 4-6

You will need:

6 bonless pork chops, trimmed of excess fat
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper

Let us begin:

In a large zip top bag, (or shallow pan) combine all ingredients except chops.

Add in chops, seal trying to keep out excess air. Massage bag gently 2-3 minutes to coat chops.

Allow to rest in refrigerator for 2 hours, massaging and rotating half way through.

When marinating time is done. Heat broiler and line a broil pan with aluminum foil.

Remove chops from bag using tongs and line out on broil pan.

Pour remaing marinade over evenly.

Broil 4-5 minutes.

Flip chops over, broil additional 4-5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
