Makes 24 meatballs
You will need:
1 lb. ground turkey meat
2 green onions, finely diced
1/2 cup fine plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup dried cilantro
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
Let us begin:
Preheat your oven to 400 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl gently mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl only until fully incorporated.
Roll into tbsp size balls and place on sheet.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until well browned and cooked thru.
While these cook let's make the sauce.
In a small pot mix all sauce ingredients and set over medium-high heat.
Stir continuously until sugar dissolves and allow sauce to simmer for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
Place in a small bowl and enjoy!
