Pan Roasted Corn

Here is a super quick and easy way to brighten up a weeknight meal.

Serves 3-4
Full time: 20 minutes
You will need:

1 bag frozen yellow corn kernels
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Let us begin:

In a sauté pan melt butter over medium high heat


Add in frozen corn and spices


Cook for 5-8 minutes until it turns a deep yellow color


Turn heat up to high and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until butter appears to have seared off

Serve and enjoy!
